Join us online every week for 10 weeks to learn skills that can help you feel better and cope better with stress, worry, and overwhelm.
One of the best tools you have for self-care is learning a variety of ways to cope, self sooth, and redirect your energy.
Set a goal for the week in each group
Learn dozens of coping skills that have been shown to reduce symptoms of anxiety or depression
Learn what your body is telling you when you feel anxious or depressed
Drop in option available for $25 per group. Group content cycles on a 10 week rotation.
This group is open to all adults with prior registration.
$150 per 10 week group or $25 drop in fee.
